Steps to reproduce :
1. Create a new repository(say New_Repo)
2. Add new file(say a.sql)
3. Right click on directory(New_Repo) -> Version Control -> select "Reset" option
Result -> Observe that in Discard changes window,file "a.sql" is listed under column whose column header name is "Name"
4. Now right click on directory(New_Repo) -> Version Control -> Select "Clean" option
5. Clean window opened -> click on "Yes" button
Result -> clean Window opened, hear we observed that file "a.sql" is listed under column whose column header name is "Path"
Here column header name should be "Name" which is observed in Discard changes window(in step 3)
Observation : Issue observed in v16 also,tested in ADS16.0.3-14
