Cannot create a new schedule in Italian language
This works in English, but not in Italian language.
1. Change language to Italiano. Open SQL Server 2012
2. Create a new job
3. Create a new schedule. Click on Nuovo and you get the below exception

Our dialog label creator was not checking the to make sure that we didn't attempt to modify the character after the & symbol if the & symbol is the last character in the string. This allowed for an out of bound index exception to be thrown. This is now fixed so that if the & symbol is the last character in a string, it will be removed from the label name, instead of underlining the proceeding character.
