Autocomplete should not update its schema cache when the database connection is disconnected.

1. open a query analyzer window to, say, Sybase ASE 16
2. without typing anything, click the "Disconnect" button to disconnect from database server
3. type "select *^" to autocomplete, no popup should show because it is disconnected
4. now click the "Reconnect" button to re-establish a database connection
5. do autocomplete with "select *^" again

​Notice that no completion popup (that shows a list of table names) appears although it should.
