#13718: Create Table with identity in visual editing for SQL Server causes NullPointerException

The reproduceable error is done using the following steps and you can watch the "Preview SQL" tab for the moment it occurs.

1) Create Table via right click action on table list

2) Name table anything

3) Create first column as a data type INT, uncheck null

4) Select as Identity

5) The moment you put "1" as the identity seed it errors out and the preview SQL shows the following error. Remove the "1" and the error goes away.

was able to reproduce in SQL Server v2008 R2, enter 1 and go to Preview SQL

Identity statement creation NPE error fixed. This was MS SQL Server specific code.
