Select Schema Administrator and then Indexes
Multi select all the indexes and Delete
ADS displays some indexes wont be deleted and then the node is shown as if there is no indexes.
If we expand the node, the index will have a missing link as shown in figure
Please, specify the server name.
Also, is it multiscripting or Server Script Generator?
If it's multiscripting, this problem might've been already fixed (in the new build)

I was able to reproduce this problem. Lets get together and I can assist in reproducing. I think the problem is that the tree nodes are always removed, even if the object deletion fails.

Expand the tree node and create an index for table toodrop.
The Tree node disappears and if you click on the node you get this error
