Using the schema compare with PostgreSQL I can only select one schema at a time to compare. It would be beneficial to have the ability to select multiple schemas. This way I can compare all the user defined schemas and ignore the system schemas.
Currently, once the compare is completed for a given schema I have to either rerun the compare and hope that I can cancel it quickly enough to be allowed to change the compare options. If not, I am forced to start over and reconnect to the same databases and pick another schema. If it's not possible to select multiple schemas an option to select different compare options (schemas) would work.
Ideally, if the tool provided an option to select the differences and generate the SQL Statements to synchronize the objects - that would be awesome.

The Schema Compare allows you to compare 1 specific schema, or all schemas, but it doesn't allow you to choose a subset of all the schemas. Allowing the user to choose a subset of schemas would be a good enhancement. We could also have an option to exclude system schemas.
Our Import and Export Tool allow you to go back and rerun the operation after completion, or after a cancel. Adding a "Run Again" action on the toolbar to the right of the "Refresh" would be a good feature. To allow the user to rerun the Schema Compare with same options, but allow the user to change them before rerunning them.
Synchronization scripts functionality is currently in our feature queue.

Edit Compare option is been provided in Schema Compare and Objects can be Synchronize using Schema Sync option in Schema Compare Result tab.
