In 16 I broke code generation for view creation when there was no create keyword in the statement. You can verify this by creating a new ERM diagram for mysql and creating a view and entering in the view text "select * from table" and then going to preview view tab. This is broken in 16, 17 and trunc and will now be working as of the version in fixed build field.
