This is the result of wrapping comment in <pre> tag. To display the HTML tags as-is, we will have to escape the <, >, etc characters. I think the "right" fix is to change ER diagram to display comments as HTML.
@kin-hong: agreed that users entering in HTML tags is not a common use case. However, users might use > or < characters in their comments. We need to ensure that these characters get displayed when comments are exported to HTML.
