Issue: File path on the title bar of the editor is not updating after Save As.

Steps:

1. Open any editor. Write some contents in it and save the file.

2. Hover the mouse over the title bar of the editor.

3. The path of the file is shown.

4. Click on File->Save As and save the file to another location with same name as previous.

5. Hover the mouse over the title bar of the editor.

Observation: The previous file path is shown.

ADS-v17: The issue is observed.

6. Press Enter on the editor.

Observation: The new file path is shown.

Expected: The file path should be updated immediately.
