PostgreSQL -> Multi Select and Delete Schemas does not refresh the Tree Node

1. Navigate to AWS PostgreSQL 9.4 schema at 10.1.1.69 or any other PostgreSQL database and create the below 4 Schemas

CREATE SCHEMA post1
GO
CREATE SCHEMA post2
GO
CREATE SCHEMA post3
GO
CREATE SCHEMA post4
GO

2. Now go to the Schema Tree node, Multi Select and then right click to select the option "Delete"
3. You can see that the schemas are deleted in the dialog box that appears
4. Once the deletion is complete, you can see that the Objects still appear in the Schema Tree node which is incorrect.

Notes
1. On expanding and collapsing the Database node, the Schemas are NOT refreshed
2. Currently looks like Postgres and its variants have a special section of code for Multi selection of Schemas, where the database node is handling the loading of the schema as children and overriding the schemas objects list.

But the design seems to be flawed with the perspective of refreshing, you would need to refresh on the database node at the moment to refresh the schemas, which is incorrect. If we compare against SQL Server, Oracle or IBM DB2 UDB, we can see that on Multi selection and deletion of Schemas, the tree node is refreshed.

3. Occurs in Amazon Redshift and other PostgreSQL variants.
4. Occurs in older versions of ADS.
