MS SQL Server 2016: Compatibility level 130

Database Compatibility Level

The 130 compatibility level is now supported in SQL Server 2016, but AD Studio does not have the option in the drop down for Create/Alter Database, although 130 gets displayed in the Database properties window. See the attached screenshot

I've added version capturing for 2016 and compatability level 130 to the drop down for 2016.

p.s. We do not support version 2016 yet. If you wish to test on this version please file any issues against 2016 for datastudio version 19 or future.

[SP] @ivan: QA has performed regression testing against 2016. I'm aware we haven't analyzed 2016 for new features that can be incorporated into ADS, but QA has regression tested ADS v18 against 2016.
