Compare Results doesn't have option to including grid results from Procedure Editor and Debugger

Compare Results doesn't have option to including grid results from Procedure Editor and Debugger.

In the Procedure Editor on the Grid Results I can choose the "Results Compare" and it will bring up the list of results, but the Grid Results from the Procedure Editor will not be listed.

In the Procedure Debugger on the Grid Results I can choose the "Results Compare" but it will not bring up a list of Grid Results.

Start by looking at the constructor in ResultSetSelectionDialog

Scenario 1 : Procedure Editor Result Compare

1. Launch ADS and connect to SQL SERVER 2016 (or any other DB. Below SQL is for SQL Server DB).

2. Open Query Analyzer and execute following, script to create table and procedure.

3. Open two Query Analyzer window and execute "Select * From" query on both query analyzer.

4. Go to Stored Procedure node and right click on "uspGetAddress1" Procedure and select option "Edit in Procedure Editor"

5. Execute Procedure in Editor.

6. In Grid Tab right click and select option 'Result Compare'

Result: In 'Select Result Set' window Procedure Editor tab is not displayed

Scenario 2 : Procedure Debugger Result Compare

1. Refer scenario 1 up to step #3

2. Go to Stored Procedure node and right click on "uspGetAddress1" Procedure and select option "Debug in Procedure Debugger"

3. In Procedure Debugger click on 'Start' button

4. In Grid Tab right click and select option 'Result Compare'

Result : 'Select Result Set' window does not open.

- Edit in procedure editor

- debug in procedure editor

- Edit in package editor

- Debug in package editor

- enumerate all DBs tested & which objects

Tested in ADS v18.0.0-devi-259, the below Objects. For SQL Server and Sybase ASE, use the same scripts as in the issue description. For Oracle, DB2 UDB use the script attached

Oracle -> Create the below table, insert a few rows and then create the package. Test Edit in Package Editor, Debug in Package Editor, Edit in Package Body Editor, Debug in package Body Editor.

Execute and open up Results compare against a Query Analyzer Grid Result.
