Steps to reproduce:-
1.Delete properties file (datastudio) and launch ADS.
2.Open only one editor(say text editor).
3.Mouse hover on 'show list' icon and observe the tooltip.
>> Tooltip shows 'Show List'
4.Now close that editor and again open the same editor.
5.Again mouse hover on show list icon and observe the tooltip.
Actual Result:-Tooltip shows 'Show List Ctrl + ]'
Expected Result:-Tooltip should not change its text after above scenario.

This problem is only reproducible in QA build (not in debug build).

@QA - please verify tooltip display and Ctrl+] action. Also, re-verify ADS#13093.

Issue:- Shortcut keys Ctrl+] is not working.

Steps to reproduce:-

1.Launch ADS.

2.Open many editors/tabs (say 20)

3.Now click anywhere within ADS frame for example inside editor or outside editor.

4.Now press Ctrl+] shortcut keys for Show List

Actual Result:-List of tabs is not displayed as it is displayed when we click on Show List button.

Expected Result:-Assigned shortcut keys must be functional.

ADS 18.0.18-1	Issue is observed.
ADS 17	Issue is NOT observed. Shortcut keys Ctrl+] are working
ADS 16	Issue is NOT observed. Shortcut keys Ctrl+] are working

Does the Ctrl+] keystroke work on OS X and Linux?

Checked in ADS 19.0.0-beta-28.
It works on OS X but not on Linux.

On Windows/Linux, the keystroke Ctrl+] is already mapped to Edit: Move Caret to Code Block End with Selection. To remove the conflict, Ctrl+Alt+] is now used to "Show List" on Windows/Linux.

Verified in ADS 19.0.0-beta-31.

Verified:- Keystroke Ctrl+Alt+] is working on Linux and Windows. Keystroke Control+] is working on OS X.
