Step to Reproduce:
1. Launch ADS.
2. Open view log window
3. Go to ADS File menu option.
4. Click on Email option and set Email configuration.
5. Restart ADS and execute any select Query under QA window.
6. Go to Grid Result Pane and SElect Email Excel Attachment option.
7. Email Excel Attachment window opened successfully.
8. Without entering Receiver email id . Click on Send Now icon.
Actual Result: Send Failed dialog opened, But in view log window exception thrown.
Broken build: These behaviour observed in all previous ADS versions [ADS-18, ADS-17,ADS-16 and ADS-15]
