2)  Find that new table in the schema tree.

3)  Right click on that table and do an Alter table.

 

Notice that the map components are displayed within the table Data Type field instead of in the Collection Key Data Type  and the Collection Value Data Type fields. This column can not be altered. Once you click on the Data Type field the mapping is gone.  See attached.
