Enhance the Axis dialog to add an "Orientation" pane w/ 2 radio buttons: Horizontal and Vertical. This would only be offered on the x-axis & not on the y-axis. The default is Horizontal.

We should use a similar algorithm to display vertical axis labels as we do for vertical dimension headers.
