Reference line y int & slope calculation changes

The y-intercept is calculated for zero date (Jan 1, 1970)  rather than the leftmost date visible on the chart.
 
The slope of -.5 is per year rather than the daily slope which is closer to zero.
 
Explanation: For secondary continuous date values like those in your chart, the x-axis (date) is being scaled according to the actual exact date value.  This is a long integer value that VA scales by year for convenience.  So regardless of date grouping, a single unit on the x-axis is 1 year and the zero point of this axis is Jan 1, 1970.
 
We can add an enhancement in VA that would offer a choice of how to calculate the y intercept & slope. Either the existing way or use the leftmost data point for y intercept calculation & use the date grouping specified in the chart for calculating slope. By doing this, the values would match your initial expectation.
