Steps to reproduce:

Launch ADS v19.0.0-alpha-10
Connect to SAP HANA 2.0 > Expand Schema tree node > Expand Sequence tree node
Right click on any created sequence > select 'Alter Sequence'
Navigate to 'General' tab > 'Cache' section > Observe the "Size" option is selected already > Observe the editable field of size option.

Actual Result: The editable field of 'Cache > Size' option is seems disabled although the option is selected by default on opening the ALTER Sequence UI and is get enabled by just clicking on already selected 'Size' option again.

Expected Result: The editable field of 'Cache > Size' option should not be disabled if the selection is already on that option.

Observations:

This issue is observed on all three OS
This issue is also observed on ADS v18 and v17
