Add shift + delete as an alternative key mapping for windows/linux for our default key binding for CUT

1. In Windows open a Editor and highlight text with <shft><arrow keys> or page, home, end

2. Then hit <shft><del> to cut.

3. No action is performed.

As we did for paste, we should add shift + delete as an alternative key mapping for windows/linux for our default key binding
