Table Data Editor : Script fails due to Qualified object name scripted twice.

Step to Reproduce:
1. Connect to Mysql database.
2. Expand Table node and Right click on any table and select Edit Table Data option.
3. Now Insert/ Update any row and column
4. Switch to Preview SQL tab
 
Actual Result: Under Selected Cell Content pane, database name displayed twice that why script not executed successfully.
 
Error message displayed "Unexpected Error: Query(1/1) You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '.`test_nilesh`(`c1`, `c2`)
VALUES(1, 2)' at line 1"
 
Observation:  Issue is reproducible for all  OS versions
