ADS does not provide a scripting option (such as 'Script Object to Window As' ) to script a procedure to a QA window. Schema Script Generator also does not have a 'Procedures' object in Object Type pane. Additionally, Aquascript Database Schema and Data Exporter does not extract procedures. 

Vertica procedures are external so we can only create the Vertica interface using the create procedure statement.
