Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit the .conn file using a text editor
2. Add the following properties to the end of the .conn file
   • property.sqlfilter.countmatch.1=[",",5]
3. In ADS, right click on the corresponding server registration and select Server Properties
4. In the Edit Server Properties dialog, change something and save the changes

Result: The sqlfilter properties is removed from the .conn file.

Expected: The sqlfilter properties should be preserved in the .conn file.

This needs to be fixed in v17, v18 and v19.
