Update MySQL JDBC driver from 5.1.40 to version 5.1.46

1) Copy the mysql.jar and mysql-src.jar drivers to the build-lib directory(...\ADS\dist\apps\common\build-lib) from the Google drive.

2) Copy the mysql.jar and mysql-src.jar drivers to the lib directory(...\ADS\dist\apps\common\lib\drivers) from the Google drive.

3) Test compile, unit test and resolve issues. This issue is blocked by issue #15562.

4) Check the driver into svn. Make sure the commit message contains the following:

5) Do a end to end test of all ADS MySQL functionality especially version 8 after #15562 is implemented.

Import data is not working For MySQL JDBC driver 5.1.46 and Version 8.0.11

steps: ADS19.5-->MySQL(8.0.11)-->ImportData-->Select CSV or VIZW File-->

Next button is not working(We are not able to import data)

Note: Its working for Excel File.

Build Version: ADS19.5.0-dev-8

Do MySQL only support excel and csv files while Import Data?

Note: In other databases we are able to import other extensions file too.

Fixed issue with import CSV file in MySQL 8.0. The fix is checked in SVN repository (Revision no. 56004).

The fix will be available in build no. ADS 19.5.0-dev-12.

Verified on: MySQL 8.0.11 and 5.7.22
