Update the Microsoft driver from version 7.2.0 to 7.4.1

1) Copy the sqljdbc42.jar driver to the build-lib directory(...\ADS\dist\apps\common\build-lib) from the Google drive.

2) Copy the sqljdbc42.jar driver to the lib directory(...\ADS\dist\apps\common\lib\drivers) from the Google drive.

3) Copy sqljdbc_auth.dll(x64) and sqljdbc_auth.dll(x86) to ...\ADS\dist\apps\datastudio\64bit and ...\ADS\dist\apps\datastudio\32bit from the Google drive.

4) Test compile, unit test and resolve issues.

5) Check the driver into svn. Make sure the commit message contains the following:

6) Do a end to end test of all ADS MSSQL and Azure functionality.

As a part of unit tests, I have verified all test cases from the below Sanity suit for MSSQL and Azure:

Databases are working fine after drivers update (7.2.0 to 7.4.1)

Verified with build: ADS 20.6 RC3

Microsoft drivers are working as expected after JDBC drivers updated.

Tested on SQL 2019, 2017 and Microsoft azure.
