Alter is not working properly for stored procedures in Amazon Redshift.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch ADS 22.0

2. Connect to amazon redshift.

3. Expand database --> schema --> Stored procedure.

4. Right click on any of the procedure and select Alter option.

Expected result: It should show the right query which we used to create the procedure.

Actual result: Its not showing the right query
