In the past, we have not supported MySQL Alter Procedure because MySQL does not support Atomic DDL for altering procedures. An atomic DDL requires a ALTER PROCEDURE DDL or DDL in transactions, and MySQL doesn't support either. We should reinvestigate this now to see if we can make Alter Procedure editable.

Thank you for the investigation Shubham. Unfortunately the create or replace really, under the covers, does a drop/create for MariaDB. I don't want to implement the drop/create in ADS because it is dangerous.
Let's not do anything further on this issue for ADS v22.1.
