Customer uses Box (https://www.box.com/) to save their code. Up until recently user was able to see Box links located in the favorites part of Finder. Since then the user is unable to open from/save to box links because they no longer show up in the drop down list in ADS.
More information coming.

User was seeing the JRE issue where right clicking the object and selecting an option in the server tree (right click "select to" and choose an option) did not work. Had him swap the JRE in ADS 22.1.2 with v151. This fixed the issue; however, he is also using Box-Box cloud storage and now has a problem with it.
Before swapping the JRE he had mounted various folders from Box in the files window in ADS. After swapping the JRE he can no longer access Box.
I know we do not support Box but i wanted to add this additional information to this case. I've also added a screen shot and his Support Information.

Case #00937491
I’ve been able to use ADS with Box for several years without any issue. However, I do know that Apple recently changed the location where Box and other cloud services mount (i.e. ~/Library/Cloud Storage/) instead of the user’s home folder. I suspect that ultimately this boils down to a permissions issue. This isn’t a deal breaker, but does inconveniences my work flow a bit. By the way, jre_1.8.0_222.jre, that came with ADS, does work with Box, but unfortunately the other dialogue issues make ADS nearly unusable, so I will stick with are_1.8.0_151.jre.
