Alter table CUSTOMERS
Open Constraints -- Click on Foreign Key constraint FK_ORDER
Then click on new constraint number # 3. This new constraint will display the same properties of the previous foreign key Constraint

The problem is that Constraint Details for a new constraint should be editable.
In ADS 6.9.99.3 the new foreign key is editable. But if I create 1 more foreign key and then another it taked the properties of the previous keys
Like wise if I delete the foreign key , ADS displays the old selected properties
