Bug in saving docking frame height when it is invisible

It seems that the saving and setting of a layout for a frame in a docking framework doesn’t persist the 
size and/or height of an invisible docked frame.  If I have a frame docked South, and I increase the 
height, then make it invisible, then make it visible again, then the height position is the same.  
If I make the frame visible, then quit the application and save the layout, then restart the application 
and reset the layout, the height is correct.  But if I invisibilize the frame, quit the application, 
then load the application and set the layout, then visiblize the frame, the frame will have the default 
height again.

Actually we indeed save the height even the frame is invisible. Here is the reason why the height is changed.

Pic1: let’s look at Task List window. I will hide it later. You can see the height
Pic2: I hide Task List. Now Property gets a bigger height. It will be save into the layout
Pic3: I restart and show Task List. Note the height of Task List is smaller (but that’s not the default height).
The reason it is smaller is because we use JideBoxLayout and proportionally calculate the heights based on the saved height. The proportion is compare the height of Property window in Pic2 with Task List height in Pic1. I would think this behavior is reasonable."

when opening frame, set preferredsize to docked width & height

Note: there is another bit of strange/bad behavior (reproducible in jide demo)
        Start Demo
      Resize width of tab on left side to half-screen
        Close & Restart Demo
        Note that Tab has correct width
        Click the Undock/Float button & Re-dock => width is significantly reduced
