Are the dialogs dispose()'d

What is the issue? Please provide the isse in the following format:

1. steps to reproduce

2. expected result

3. obtained result

Reassigning back to Ivan.

The dialogs (ImportDialog and ExportDialog at least) are being disposed of in closeFrame().
