ADS build 7.9.27
When i try to print even pages, ADS prints ODD pages 1, 3 etc
that's odd...
Tried even pages option with ADS 7.9.29 build, but it printed all the pages.

pages range field gets disabled when the user explicitly specifies which pages to print. This was probably a bad idea - MS Word allows the user to specify page numbers explicitly, and then superimposes the odd/even limits on that. Perhaps we need to do the same.
Also, needs a dialog when the user specifies such conditions where nothing will be printed.

changed logic to print odd/even pages even when the user explicitly sets a range of pages (except one case: when the user selects "current page")
