Clicking on the Main Application Toolbar "aquascript button" opens an editor without prompting for a filename or destination.

With an aquascript open in the editor, clicking on the "new document" icon inside the editor (different button from above) prompts for a filename and destination.

Are these two supposed to function differenly?
