To reproduce, execute any chart script

In the web browser, take the source code and you can find errors in the HTML created.

There are 4 errors as displayed in the picture

1. Extra <html> tag

2. <Head> must be child of <html>

3. Unmatched </head>

4.Extra <Body> tag is generated
