First create a folder in the shortcut toolbar.

add a few short cuts...

now I open Configure Shortcut Toolbar

I go to the folder with my short cuts in it and want to move them around in the folder to organize them

when I move one to any position, i get kicked back to the root folder...

example: move file1 to 1st slot by dragging and dropping it and tree reloads you to root.  shouldn't we stay in the same folder?
