1. Move the Object selection to a second screen, and merge the list of objects.  So, when the user chooses an object, it will choose the object for both databases.

2. Allow user to filter the list for selection and keep track of the selection count and display to the user in a status bar.

3. Add the ability to either save the compare options for a future compare, and/or add a generate AquaScript button so the user can automate the compare.
