Alter Table in PostgreSQL and add constraint, the default Tablespace value causes validation bug. See attached screenshot.

See the Storage Tab, which has a Tablespace option for the Table. This behavior is correct. The Tablespace for the constraint should work in the same manner.

- added <DEFAULT> choice to Tablespaces combo box
- added check for <DEFAULT> value in validateForm()
