Can we make the reconnect action in a query window multi-threaded
This is a major change.
Implemented.
The change affects multi-threaded code in the QueryPanel, which means all of the multi-threaded scenarios now have to be re-tested: opening multiple tabs, cancelling in the middle, closing the app in the middle of opening, cancellation or connection, connection failures and so on.
I hope we have a list of scenarios to test.
There is also a hidden feature of sharing the browser connection which needs to be tested in this context.

Scenario #1 fails.
1. Open Query Window.
2. Click Reconnect
3. Choose "Yes" to reconnect
4. Error connecting, it says it was canceled.

If I use a toolbar shortcut, or folder shortcut then the reconnect fails half the times.
