View in Browser should convert the HEX values back to text.
We know nothing about the binary value: it can be an image, a PDF file, a text file, or anything else the user inserted in to the database.
Some file types can be opened in a browser (an image, for example, or an html or a text file), some types may or may not be opened in a browser, depending on the user preferences (a PDF file, for example, may or may not be opened by the browser), while some types will not be recognized by the browser, in which case the browser's Save As dialog may appear.
Another problem is how our code calls the browser. Since we use standard java Desktop.open(), we need to know the file type ahead of time, because, at least on Windows, the result of Desktop.open() depends on the file extension. We would need to write a good file type detector.
turns out the requirement of 'Open in Browser' is to open as html.
