1. on a MySQL server connection put this in the FluidShell script tab
\cli sql
2. click the connection and launch a FluidShell on the connection to verify it forces SQL mode.
3. expand the server connection, and drag a database to the shortcut toolbar. Pick Fluidshell in the prompt for what kind of shortcut it is.
4. the shortcut is created and it indicates Fluidshell
5. click the shortcut
6. the script to force SQL mode does not run, the fluidshell is in the default mode of Shell.
see attached.
notice the properties of the shortcut link.... it indicates I dragged the database mysql to the shortcut toolbar... which is not the case. I dragged the database aquadataserver ( and it used that as the name of the shortcut )
It seems that it is using the default database of the server registration ( mysql ) for the shortcut path, but it is naming the shortcut after the database I dragged to it.
Also note that the clicking this shortcut doesn't show that it is connecting to the server in the title below the fluidshell tab once the fluidshell launches ( where normally you would see connection information to a specific schema object if you right clicked in the schema browser )
The shortcut for the FluidShell of a dragged registered server connection that does work and picks up the script in the FluidShell tab of the server properties has the following for its link:
Root / Local Database Servers / NextGen Servers / MySQL / AquaDataServer-local / Databases / mysql
The shortcut for the FluidShell of a dragged database from within the registered server that does not connect and does not use the script in the FluidShell tab of the registered server properties has the following for its link:
Root / Local Database Servers / NextGen Servers / MySQL / AquaDataServer-local / Databases / aquadataserver / Databases / mysql
