Changes on any property from the Options -> FluidShell section are not applied on already opened windows, but on Fluidshell windows that are opened afterwards. Therefore, I think an information message should be popped up when changing these options, just it is displayed for the "Force Write EOL" option.
SSH Terminal window has an "Options" button where changes are applied on current session. Maybe such button should be added for FluidShell, too.
I am not sure I like the way it works for "Force Write EOL", as it gets annoying to change options and have it display this message over and over.
I think we should only display the message on "Ok".
We should display 0, 1 or 2 messages :
0. No Message
1. "Some Configuration changes require an application restart to take effect"
1. "Options to Editors and Shells do not effect current openned tabs"
2. "Some Configuration changes require an application restart to take effect" & "Options to Editors and Shells do not effect current openned tabs"

That's even better and less annoying, indeed. Just reported it in terms of consistency.

Changed these messages to pop up only on save. Also added it to the fluidshell options that don't affect currently open tabs. Moved script options to its own area with script tab.

Pop-up messages now appears only on save.
However, regarding the FluidShell options, the pop-up message should appear only if it will affect the newly opened FS tabs, and not the current ones.
