Editor Toolbar Buttons doesnt work if you open Editors through Table Data Editor
To reproduce
1. Open Table Data Editor for a table with rows. For e.g Orders table in MS SQL Server 2012 Northwind Database
2. Select a few cells, Right click and take the option View Cells in .. Text Viewer
3. In the Text Editor which has opened up, try to Save or Create a new file or Change to Upper/Lower case - None of the operations work
If you open the cells in any of the Editors - HTML, Text, XML etc it doesnt work

This is a viewer, not an editor, that is why all the toolbar buttons are disabled. It is there since ADS 7.0.
