Inline Diff indicator menu goes out of the text area

To reproduce

1. I have attached a file which you can add to version control and commit

2. After commiting the file, open the file and make the following changes

2. Delete line number 10. Add blank lines from 20 till 50, so that the difference look something like the attached pic

3. Have option to restore tabs on restart (File--> Option--> General --> Workspace--> Restore windows and Tabs enable)

4. Restart ADS

5. in file inline.sql go to line number 21, right click and take the menu and then Go to Next Difference

You can see that the menu now moves out of the Text Area and overlaps with the query panel - see attached pic
