Launch Table Data Editor on a MySQL DB. Make sure the table contains a bit field column. Insert/edit a row & specify a value for the bit field column. Attempt to save. You'll get an error message as follows:
Table Data Editor is displaying the values in Hexadecimal format. So, the proper way to insert the activity_type value in the above insert example would be:
x'0000a104'
bit field is: activity_type bit(31)
"Convert binary to hex" option is enabled in Studio.
