Why is this being requested?

1) After editing a file, I want to check it in to SVN. Currently, I cannot right click on the file & check-in. If this option was provided, the importance of this feature becomes much lower.

2) Even if we had #1, sometimes u want to load another file from the same directory. But this is a much less frequent use case.
