Sybase ASE Storage--> Alter Caches
1. Navigate to the Sybase ASE Sorage--> Caches
2. Without changing any value go to the Preview SQL tab and you can see that an alter sql is generated
If no changes have been made, in preview SQL it should have the below message

This might not be a bug, I can see that for some other objects statements are being generated. Please check and update the issue accordingly
This is what happens in version 10 and 11. I think we should go through all the gui's and make sure they do not do this unless changes have been made. moved to 12.1 for now because its not needed to release
