I have a subversion repo checked out and within one of the folders I do the following ...

1. Create a new folder
2. Create a new file in the new folder
3. I commit the top level folder, which shows me the two files
4. I click to select all
5. I click Ok to commit
6. I get a commit error : svn: E150002: '/home/repo/TestFolder2/TestFile2.txt' is already under version control
7. I commit top level folder and it now works
