The reason for the change is as follows: we only list different DB versions when we need different JDBC drivers for different versions. For SQLite, we only support v3. When/if v4 is released & we support it, we can then take a look at whether the same JDBC driver can be used or not. If not, then we would separate SQLite into separate versions.
From a doc perspective, lets call it SQLite also.
