For version 12 we no longer used stored procedures to extract system information. sp_MShasdbaccess was used in the past to display the database list to the user in the tree. As requested by users we stopped using this and started using the system tables and listing all databases. Some users may not want this new behavior, so we need to add a flag in the [Server Properties -> Advanced Tab -> Databases with User access only]. If this is set to true the schema tree will only display databases the users have access to.
