1) Open a query analyzer window for a DB2 connection
2) Change your schema to something other than the default schema, e..g NORTHWIND
3) Type in a table name & press Ctrl+D for describe. e.g. type in "Categories" as the table name
4) Notice that the describe command returns results for table "Categories"
5) In same query analyzer window, click on the "Reconnect" icon
6) Now, try the same describe command again. Notice that you get an error message stating "Table DB2ADMIN.Categories" does not exist. The bug is that even though the Schema context shows "NORTHWIND", the describe command is now using schema context "DB2ADMIN"
