Add the following options to ER Modeler under File -> Options -> ER Modeler
1) Relationship Line Color when Zoomed In
Description text: Color of relationship line when the zoom percentage is greater than or equal to 100%. This option is ignored if Fast Rendering is on.
2) Relationship Line Color when Zoomed Out
Description text: Color of relationship line when the zoom percentage is less than 100%.
3) Thickness of Relationship Line [Out of Scope]
